For the second year running, chef Dani García returns to celebrate the gastronomic days A Cuatro Manos. On March 7-10, Dani García Restaurante at Marbella’s Puente Romano Beach Resort will welcome 12 national and international Michelin-starred chefs who will craft and serve four exclusive dinners alongside Dani.

Daní Garcia will be accompanied by Pascal Barbot, Grant Achatz, and Thomas Bühner, who will cook together for this culinary event.


With Michelin starred excellence from France, Germany, and the United States, it will be a gastronomic event of international prominence, held over three nights.

This year, A Cuatro Manos begins with the revival of elBulli’s signature dishes. All the participating chefs will present their own interpretations of recipes from chef Ferran Afría.

The Revival of elBulli, 7th March

Dani García Restaurante at Puente Romano Beach Resort is the venue of choice to acknowledge Ferran Adrià, one of the main figures that has defined the kitchen and cuisine of Dani García. Nine of the chefs will revive and recognise what elBulli signifies within the world of gastronomy.

Grant Achatz*** (Restaurant Alinea – Chicago), Quique Dacosta*** (Restaurant Quique Dacosta – Alicante), Joan Roca*** (Celler de Can Roca – Girona), Juan Mari Arzak*** (Restaurant Arzak – SanSebastián), Ángel León** (Restaurant Aponiente – Cádiz), Albert Adrià** (Restaurant Pakta – Barcelona), Andoni Luis Aduriz** (Mugaritz – Errenteria), Ricard Camarena* (Restaurant Ricard Camarena – Valencia) and Nandu Jubany* (Restaurant Can Jubany – Barcelona) alongside Dani García**, are the chefs responsible for recreating the dishes of elBulli. In their dishes and creations they will capture elements from one of the most legendary restaurants in international gastronomy.

A Fusion of International Cuisine


During the following three nights, Dani García Restaurante at Puente Romano Beach Resort will host three international chefs in its kitchen, each with three Michelin stars: Pascal Berhot*** (Astrance – France), Grant Achatz*** (Restaurant Alinea – The United States) and Thomas Bühner*** (Restaurante La Vie – Osnabrúck, north Germany), the chefs will cook alongside Dani García creating three menus designed exclusively for A Cuatro Manos.

Led by Dani Garcia this gastronomic event will exceed all expectations, with creative cuisine unlike any other. Dani García is a chef who, through inventive techniques and ingredients, uses his world travels to inspire him.
